Counterintelligence Research Technology Protection (RTP) Specialist

This is a full-time government contractor position as an employee of Advantage SCI with full benefits. Candidate provides counterintelligence support to customer's Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) programs, IAW DoD 5200.39, and other counterintelligence (CI) / research and technology protection (RTP) guidance, as applicable. Candidate provides specialized intelligence, threat analysis, and production support. Requires comprehensive knowledge of counterinelligence.

The critical functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating the identification of Critical Program Information (CPI) with Program Managers (PMs) and Prepare Program Protection Plans (PPP).
  • Providing Training on Safeguarding CPI.
  • Providing CI Assessments on the threat to CPI.
  • Identifying and providing CI support to RDT&E activities.
  • Developing, coordinating, and staffing Technology Assessment and Control Plans (TA/CPs).
  • Developing, coordinating, and staffing the Program Office's Request for Multi-Discipline Counterintelligence Threat Assessment.
  • Attending designated acquisisiton program meetings and technical interchanges, planning confrerences and various acquisition program protection planning working group meetings.
  • Providing program management support for RTP requirements, such as PPP reviews, process development, and short and long-term develpment of RTP goals and objectives.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Must possess a current TS/SCI
  • Must be a graduate of a recognized CI course/school
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Suite applications

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven history of RTP experience

Role Player - Surveillance Detection

Advantage SCI is seeking employees to provide Role Player services in the field of Surveillance Detection in either Washington, D.C. or Fort Carson, CO. Positions include full time, part time, seasonal, and temp.

Candidate should possess skills and experience in antiterrorism methodolgy, reconnaisance, and targeting; effective oral and written communication; and subject matter expertise in Surveillance, Surveillance Detection, and Countersurveillance. Additionally, other pluses include "working well with others," interviewing experience, presentational skills, photographing, video imaging, and multi-tasking. Candidate must be able to drive, walk, or sit for extended periods of time.

Secretary - Various Levels

Advantage SCI is seeking employees who will be filling various government contractor positions at DoD facilities over the next few months at various locations: Ft. Belvoir, VA, West Point, NY, and Eglin AFB, FL. These are full-time positions with full benefits to include 2 weeks paid vacation, paid federal holidays, and a robust benefits package. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Candidate will provide administrative support and will be responsible for handling a wide variety of situations involving clerical or administrative functions, often of a sensitive nature, in the office. Candidate will be responsible for performing daily office tasks and for following a number of specific procedures and steps in a prescribed, or slightly varied, sequence. Candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of general administrative support tasks including, but not limited to: answering phones and distributing calls, monitoring expenditures and supplies, filing, recording, posting, copying, and maintaining records. Candidate will also be required to examine, verify, and correct documentation, perform data entry using computer systems and spreadsheets or database software, arrange and process travel, prepare travel briefings, and coordinate meetings, and other related duties to support work flow processing and record keeping.

Belvoir, VA, West Point, NY, and Eglin AFB, FL. These are full-time positions with full benefits to include 2 weeks paid vacation, paid federal holidays, and a robust benefits package. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Candidate will provide desktop publishing support by formatting typescript and graphic elements using computer software to produce publication-ready material. Candidate must have the proven skills and ability to use a computer and computer software to perform activites dealing with editing, scanning, formatting, layouts, graphics, file conversion, and integrating text and graphics. Candidate must have experience in develoing high quality PowerPoint presentations utilizing graphics and audio if required. Candidate must have the ablity to work independently or as part of a team with the flexibility to work overtime (evenings and weekends) if needed.

Event Coordinator

Advantage SCI is seeking employees who will be filling various government contractor positions at DoD facilities over the next few months at various locations: Ft. Belvoir, VA, West Point, NY, and Eglin AFB, FL. These are full-time positions with full benefits to include 2 weeks paid vacation, paid federal holidays, and a robust benefits package. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planning a meeting or special event, from the departmental level to the organizational level; planning, coordinating, and executing all logistics for off-site meetings and workshops. Candidate will handle all aspects of visits, conferences, tours, and social functions dealing with high level executives. Candidate must be able to advise high-level executives on DoD military customs, courtesies, decorum, and policies. Candidate will be required to de-conflict schedules and must possess the ability to work with subcontractors and personnel from other organizations in planning, staying within budget and on schedule, managing recognition programs and special ceremonies, scheduling travel arrangements as needed for program attendees, and ordering appropriate supplies and equipment for meetings and workshops. Candidate will also be required to conduct market research to obtain the best hotel prices for meeting spaces, rooms and banquets, and must maintain a database of all event contracts. Candidate will be required to conduct work independently, exercise judgment and initiative, and have the flexibility to work weekends and eveings if required.
